This is how we're different:

​

Technology Forward – We use a technology forward approach that leverages the plethora of data found on the internet.  We triangulate data from multiple sources, mine candidate data, and build unique target lists of 100 – 1000 candidates for each search that we take on.  Our approach involves deep data mining of information found on sites such as CrunchBase, LinkedIn, Twitter, TechCrunch, industry blogs, conference listings, publications, SEC filings, patents, and any nugget of information that Google search allows us to identify.

Digital Communication – We leverage digital communications to quickly communicate to our target list and introduce potential candidates to our client’s opportunity.  We understand the response rates to each form of communication – e.g. LinkedIn InMail (initial 13% -- 34% response rate), personal email (additional 7% – 10% response rate), corporate email (additional 10% -- 12% response rate) – and we consistently receive an overall response rate of 30% -- 45% from our target list.

Viral Approach – We build our communications with the intent that they will go viral – our viral approach expands the candidate pool by quickly leveraging referrals from our target list that result in a 3% – 5% increase in qualified candidates.

Dedicated Search (Retained Fee)​

  • Search Scope:  Search includes dedicated research, targeting, sourcing – and full, beginning-to-end, search management for all candidates engaged via any source.

  • Level:  C-Level, VP, Director

  • Fees:  Retained fee search services include partial fee at beginning of search, remainder of fee at end of search.  Total search fee is 30% of base salary (not including bonus, equity) or comparable flat fee.

Dedicated Search (Container Fee)

  • Search Scope:  Search includes dedicated research, targeting, sourcing – and search management for candidates engaged via Spring Search Group.

  • Level:  VP, Director

  • Fees:  Container fee search services included partial fee at beginning of search, remainder of fee based on positive placement of candidates with our clients (e.g. contingent on placement of candidate presented by Spring Search Group).  Client does not pay remainder of fee for candidates sourced via other channels (e.g. company referrals, postings, website, etc).  Total search fee is 25% of base salary (not including bonus, equity) or comparable flat fee.

Source & Screen Services (per 100 Candidates)

  • Scope:  Search includes dedicated research, targeting, sourcing – and screening of candidates interested in the position via an applicant questionnaire. Interested in further detail on this offering? Check out the full process: Source & Screen Overview. 

  • Level:  Manager, Associate/Staff

  • Fees:  $4950 per 100 candidates.

Job Post & Screen Services (per Job Posting)

  • Scope:  We post the client's job on LinkedIn and process all applications.  We contact the applicants that fit the client's spec and screen them via an applicant questionnaire.  Interested in further detail on this offering? Check out the full process: Job Post & Screen Overview.
